We have training Programmes for every goal and preferred style of training.
Hypertrophy, Power-Building, Powerlifting, Functional Fitness, Hybrid and Endurance Training Plans

Every Programmes has 3 different levels.
Beginner - For people just starting their fitness journey or new to following a programme. These programmes are mainly designed around bodyweight movements, machines and some dumbbell work.Intermediate - For people 1-3 years into training, who train 3 to 4 times per week and are an use dumbbells, barbells and machines.
Advanced - This is for those chasing goals, training 5x per week who want to push themselves to the limits. Advanced programmes are all tested by Charlie and were designed to help him achieve his goals.

The Portal allows all members of the app to create their own custom workouts including their favourite exercises.
We also have guides showing people the best way to create a workout for their specific goal. -
Every exercise can be swapped for one of your choosing, and your training week can be rearranged to suit your busy schedule

Every exercise has a tutorial video attached, for smaller exercises a little 30 second video, for bigger movements there is a full step by step tutorial to help you get the most out of your training plan

Extensions are 5-10 minute bolt ons focussed around one or two muscle groups. You can add them to the end of a session if you want to target and grow a specific muscle.

These are 10-15 minute mini circuits or met cons that can be added to the end of a session if you want to walk out of the gym feeling sweaty and worked.

Pick from 30+ individual sessions targeting different parts of the body. From full-body sessions to glute-only workouts, these are additional sessions that you can add within your training week.

For those looking for a challenge, we have conditioning sessions for all levels. These are sessions that you can add to your training week to help you get fitter and test your cardio vascular system

Our phones can be super distracting, be it work, social media or messaging the group chat, we can lose track of time that’s why the built in rest timer will alert you for your next set

The Portal includes a simple built in calorie tracker, so you can easily keep track of the food you are eating

With a built in calorie calculator to help you work out your targets for losing weight or gaining muscle. The app guides you in the right direction
