Charlie Hacker / Founder

Charlie has been a personal trainer for over 6 years, working with 200+ clients across a range of goals, including fat loss, strength, and performance.

His background includes competing in functional fitness, endurance events, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, giving him a well-rounded approach to training.

Alongside his coaching, Charlie is Level 3 qualified in counselling skills, allowing him to better support both the physical and mental aspects of client progress.
