What you get…

Group Programming

Programming that can be accessed via the TrueCoach App. Each session will have instructions on how to carry out each individual exercise as well as video exercise demonstrations so you can have the confidence that you are performing the exercises correctly.

4 - 6 Sessions per week

Each week will have 4 - 7 sessions for you to complete. This will be a minimum of 4 Strength Sessions and 1 Conditioning Session.

Private Facebook Group

You will join a community of people all on their own fitness and health journey. Extra content and helpful information are posted each week to help you further along in your journey. You can also upload videos for your coach to access your form as well as ask questions about the programme in the Facebook group

Focus Blocks

Every 6 - 12 weeks will have a specific focus. This is where we will focus on either Hypertrophy, Maximal Strength, Plyometrics or Cardiovascular fitness.

The F.M.P Programme has two different options

Option 1 - Strength and Muscle. The focus here is to build more muscle and get stronger, if you know this is your weakness, then this is the best option for you.

Option 2 - Fitness and Performance. This option is designed to help you maintain your strength while focusing on building your aerobic and anaerobic systems and improving your running, jumping and turning.

Each option has a focus but still includes aspects of Strength, Muscle Building, Performance and Fitness.

FAQ’S

Do I have to play a sport to use this programme?

No. This programme is designed to complement someone’s sport but also work as a stand-alone programme.

How much guidance do I get?

So at the start of each block and halfway through you will receive a video explaining what the focus of the next 4 - 6 weeks is and how to approach the programme depending on your goal.

Do I have to train 4 times a week?

No, there are 7 sessions available just to give people the option on how much they want to do. You could train just 1 time a week if you wanted.
