Why did you sign up with HTBHTM and why did you stay with me?

"I needed guidance on how to train effectively, with a structured plan to reach my end goals and to have accountability throughout the week to keep me on track. HTB provided all of this with remote training that worked around my timetable."

What have you enjoyed most about your journey so far?

“Seeing results! I’ve trained on/off for years but never really achieved anything. 6 months in and I’m feeling the fittest I’ve done in years. Charlie has kept me motivated, changing the workout structure each month and constantly pushing me."

What has HTBHTM helped you most with?

  • Weekly/fortnightly check-ins, reviewing results, assessing progress and setting new challenges have kept me keen to wake up early and get to the gym.

  • Accountability for my progress and the usual PT pressure to push me without him even being there."

What advice would you give someone who is looking to sign up?

"Simply do it! Trust in the system and progress will follow."

Working with tom has been brilliant, he had goals of completing the CrossFit workout Murph, which we have done and will continue to try and get a better time. More importantly, he enjoys training and see's value in it. I learn from every client and Tom has taught me that Coaching is different to everyone and how to not take no for an answer. Even when work is busy, and family and friends are commitments, he still makes time for training. We have a triathlon on our radar and our next goal is to get him in the best shape he has ever been in... With the effort he puts in, this will be easy. Thank you for putting your trust in me and well done on smashing your goals.
